Which links can I use?
Links to one public Instagram Reel or video post: /reel/, /reels/, /p/ or /tv/. Direct video and audio files can be combined into one MP4 without re-encoding. Photos, carousel posts, streaming manifests and private or protected content are unsupported. If the source provides no audio, the result says so.
Why might a public video fail?
Instagram may require login, restrict server access or rate-limit requests. A post may also be deleted, unavailable in your region or unsupported by the extractor. We show the available error evidence and never request your Instagram password.
Where do my videos go?
Videos are temporarily held for up to ten minutes. A newer request may replace an inactive file sooner, and a backend restart may remove it. Active transfers are protected. A file already saved stays on your device.
Is there a download limit?
This free-hosting prototype permits twenty processing attempts per hour across the site, one at a time, up to 50 MiB per video. Busy or invalid requests do not use an attempt. If the processing limit is reached, the error shows when to retry. Preview and download also share a delivery cap. A sleeping backend can take about a minute to wake.
